We can get so caught up putting off making our health more important until we feel it is the right timing, waiting until after a certain date or even a the start of a new week (again).
Sometimes we build it up as being something difficult or expensive or even just no fun! We often think it has to be all or nothing...
BUT the exciting thing is easy, small changes that will instantly start making us feel better are something empowering we can do TODAY!
Because we are important and our health is important and we do all deserve to feel really good!
